Powerstown Church

has its own graveyard, and was built in 1810. It is an extremely well-kept burial grounds, well-manicured with headstones clean and readable.
Its correct name is the Church of St. John the Baptist and is the 6th oldest in the Diocese of Waterford and Lismore.

All the records were taken from the headstones, as official written records are not available. Consequently, any person interred with no headstone is not included here.
